"Exploring the Full Range of Gradwell's Offerings"
As long-time clients of Gradwell, we recently made a change in our VOIP services, moving from 3CX to their latest Wave Platform. We opted for the Wave+Teams integration, which directs all our calls to our Microsoft Teams accounts. The support from Gradwell during the sales and onboarding phases has been absolutely top-notch. They provide excellent products at a fantastic price. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

"Kelly brought back the sound clarity!"
I had a chat with Kelly Patterson regarding the audio quality on my phone. I was thinking I might have to get a new one, but she accessed my control panel and made some updates in areas she thought were causing the problems. She set up a call to the phone 15 minutes later, and when she did, I was blown away by how clear the call sounded! It had never been that good before! Huge props to Kelly for her know-how, expertise, patience, and top-notch customer service.

She's really approachable and gets what you need. Whatever the question, she always provides a thorough answer and follows up afterward to ensure everything's sorted out and clear.

I can't find anything wrong with Gradwell or what they offer; I'd definitely suggest them to anyone!

"Absolutely fantastic experience"
The crew here is awesome, always ready to lend a hand - we saved a ton on our Gamma Horizon setup by moving to 3CX, plus it comes with a ton more features! I've already told other local businesses about it and would gladly keep doing so. Big shout out to Nathan and Carl especially, but honestly, the porting, support, and billing teams are all incredibly helpful as well. They make everything easy!

"Terrible service, clueless company"
This company is just the worst, steer clear of them like the plague. There are way better options out there for MS Teams direct routing that can actually provide basic service. They keep making excuses like 'Microsoft changes things', and having to deal with their own support problems at 11 PM is just ridiculous. Their product is simply not up to the task.
